Detroit River Walleye

This is a typical walleye from the Detroit River in Spring. Jigging up 5 pound plus walleye in 4MPH current is a real blast. It is hard to beat the Detroit River for spring jigging.

Prespawn Football

This little walleye was so full of eggs it could not even fight while being reeled in. This is the definition of being ready to spawn and is the fattest walleye I have seen in my lifetime.

Lake Erie's Finest

A couple nice spawned out walleye from Lake Erie. Believe it our not, these are typical fish from spring trolling on Lake Erie.

Lake Oahe Giant

Ok, not quite a walleye but I fought this fish for 30 minutes in practice before we were finally able to get the net around it.
